I. Introduction:
- Automatic Palletize System(palletizing machine,palletizer) can put the cartons filled with container on the tray (moodiness) in a fixed order and stack them automatically. The multilayer of palletizing enables the fork truck moves them into storehouse easily.
- This equipment adopts PLC touch screen and intelligent management which is not only
simple and easy to oprated, but also largely reduces the labor cost. - Touch skreen operation achieve the human-computer conversation, which can display producing speed & error reason and position atuomatically.
- PLC programme is able to control stack order, stack layer, pallet supply and pallet conveying.
